What is the Avfuel Network Program?
The Avfuel Network Program is made up of a number of different tools designed to increase connectivity across Avfuel-branded FBOs. Two tools recently introduced are Network Referrals and Network Rewards.
What are Avfuel Network Referrals?
With Avfuel Network Referrals, FBO staff members refer other FBOs in the Avfuel Network using an online referral portal. FBOs that are referred are notified about the potential new business and have the opportunity to actively secure prospects.
What are Avfuel Network Rewards?
Avfuel Network Rewards are earned by Network Rewards Members (FBO staff) by collecting Network Points. Members can earn two hundred (200) Network Points for every Avfuel Network Referral they log using the online-based referral portal found at www.avfuel.com. Every 5,000 Network Points is automatically redeemed for a $25 award deposited directly to the member's bank account, Venmo or payPal account on an annual basis. Do I have to be a member of Avfuel Network Rewards to utilize the Avfuel Network Online Referral Portal?
No, you do not have to be a member of the Avfuel Network Rewards to utilize the Avfuel Network Referrals Online Portal.
Does Avfuel Network Rewards cost anything to join?
No, Avfuel Network Rewards is free to join!
Who can join Avfuel Network Rewards?
The program is designed to reward staff members who have direct contact with arriving and departing flight personnel at any Avfuel-branded FBO.
How do I join Avfuel Network Rewards?
Complete an application* online at www.avfuel.com/networkrewards
We'll issue a unique Avfuel Network Rewards member number. Keep this number in a safe place as it is a required field on the online referral form to receive Network Points.
Can I split Network Points with another person?
Yes. Network Points can be split between up to 4 persons.
Are there referrals that do not qualify for Network Points?
Yes, the below outlines restrictions for Network Points on referrals:
- Network Points may only be awarded on Part 91 and Part 135 flights.
- Network Points will be earned when referrals are provided in good faith to operators who were not already planning to use an Avfuel-branded FBO at their next stop and only for a unique flight (participant has not already put in a referral for that city pair for that aircraft operator).
- Network Points may not be earned on scheduled shuttles between 2 Avfuel-branded FBO locations.
- Network Points may not be used for operators returning to their home base.
- If there is an FBO-owned flight department or charter company, these flights are exempt from Network Points for the employees of the FBO.
When do my Network Points translate to awards?
You will receive Avfuel Network Awards at the close of each calendar year. You will receive a $25 Avfuel Network Award for each increment of 5,000 Network Points you have in your Avfuel Network Rewards account. Any points not included in a 5,000 point increment will roll over to the next calendar year.
Awards are deposited directly to your bank account, Venmo or PayPal account. Be sure to keep your account information up to date.
What happens to remaining points (under 5,000) in my balance after each 5,000 Network Points is exchanged for $25 award(s)?
Any Network Points that have not been converted to an Avfuel Network Award (i.e., points under the amount of 5,000) will be rolled over to the next calendar year and be added to your balance.
How long does it take to get my Avfuel Network Award payment?
Awards are automatically deposited directly to your bank account, Venmo or PayPal account during January or February of each year. Be sure to keep your account information up to date. Learn more about Avfuel's digital payouts.
Will I receive an Avfuel Network Rewards statement?
Yes. Statements are issued quarterly and can be viewed along with your transaction history by logging into your Avfuel Network Rewards account.
Will I be issued a 1099?
Avfuel will provide you with a 1099 if your cash awards exceed $600 in any year.
How do I manage my Avfuel Network Rewards account?

Can I link my Avfuel FBO Dashboard to my Avfuel Network Rewards Dashboard?
Yes, you can link your FBO Dashboard with your Network Rewards Dashboard. When logged into the FBO Dashboard, click on the down arrow by the word OPTIONS in the right hand corner, click on Link User and follow the directions.
How long do Network Points take to appear in my account?
Network Points usually require five to seven business days for processing; however, it may take as long as ten at the close of a quarter.
How do I make a point request for missing Network Points?
Network Points can take as long as ten days to appear in members’ accounts. If you feel that you are missing points and more than ten days have passed since points were earned, request missing points by logging into your Avfuel Network Rewards account and filling out the Request Missing Points Form, or by contacting our office via email or telephone.
What is my Avfuel Network Rewards member number and can I ever change it?
Your Avfuel Network Rewards member number is your Avfuel Network Rewards account number. This number does not change, although you can change your password as frequently as you wish.
