Advanced Passenger Information System (APIS) Filing

APIS is a security-enhancement measure that provides foreign and domestic Customs officials with pre-arrival and departure manifest data on all passengers and crew members. Avplan files APIS for all aircraft – commercial and private – ensuring accurate, timely transmission of required data for a hassle-free flight. 

APIS information can also be submitted electronically through the Electronic Advance Passenger Information System (eAPIS) web portal. Avplan confirms all APIS prior to flights to identify and eliminate potential issues.
