Please note: in all cases, to help ensure an adequate supply of SAF, it is advisable that each participating operator make the necessary arrangements to order fuel at least two weeks in advance of the convention, providing their aircraft tail numbers, aircraft type and volume of SAF required.
All participants in the fly-in will be recognized with signage at the airport, as well as in digital and physical signage in the exhibit hall at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
With your help, we will make an industry-wide statement about the development, promotion and adoption of SAF, and cross another milestone in the business aviation community’s commitment to sustainability.
