What it is:  Referrals & Rewards


Avfuel Network Referrals uses an online portal to help FBO staff refer pilots to other Avfuel-branded FBOs for future trips, keeping pilots flying in the Network and helping our family of FBOs earn more business. 


Avfuel Network Rewards incentivizes Network Members (FBO staff) to communicate with pilots about Avfuel Network FBO as options for future destinations by offering awards.  

How It Works 

  1. FBO Staff log in on Avfuel.com with their FBO username (i.e. FrontDesk123).
  2. Complete the "Make a Referral" form, on the left-hand side of the dashboard.  Only a few pieces of criteria are required- but the more, the better. 
  3. Hit Submit! The referred FBO receives a communication with the aircraft's flight information, as does Avfuel's sales team

Bonus: If you're a savvy CSR, you'll make sure to add your rewards number to the form, to make sure you get points, but it is not required.




How It Works

1.  Sign up for Network Rewards with your personal information. (this program is for the FBO staff!)

2.  Complete activities to earn points. Participants may make referrals, sign up AVTRIP members, or undergo Avfuel's online training courses to earn points.  

  • Training on Avfueltraining.com:  Participants will earn 1,000 points for each of the following courses: any fuel safety course, Ramp Safety, Customer Service Training, Loyalty Rewards, and Contract Fuel, with a maximum of 5,000 points awarded for training per year.  Access Avfuel's online training website here.  Look for more ways to earn points to come!  
  • The Avfuel Blog:  Earn 500 points for signing up for the Avfuel Blog at avfuelblog.com. 
  • Making referrals:  Members earn 200 points for each referral  when they enter their number in the referral module on the FBO dashboard on avfuel.com
  • Signing up new AVTRIP pilots:  Members automaticall earn 500 points for signing up a new AVTRIP pilot when they enter their name and member number in the "referred by" fields on the application form. 

3.  Earn cash awards automatically!

Staff members earn 1,000 points automatically for signing up, and every referral moving forward gets you 200 points!

The Benefits

  • Earn business. As a member, your FBO is notified every time you are referred. This puts you at a strategic advantage to earn more business while increasing your total visibility with relevant traffic.
  • Earn points. With Network Points, FBO staff is incentivized to refer every pilot to another FBO. Each referral earns the Network Member 200 points and every 5,000 points is automatically redeemed annually for $25. With referrals, the more you give, the more you receive, supporting a robust program.
  • Achieve our mutual goal. Keep pilots flying in the Avfuel Network while generating buzz about our amazing locations.
