STUART JET CENTER RANKS AS TOP FBO IN INDUSTRY SURVEY

STUART, Fla. / April 19, 2019 / GENERAL AVIATION NEWS – Stuart Jet Center was recently honored in the aviation industry as a Top Fixed Base Operator (FBO) in the Aviation International News FBO Survey.

Stuart Jet Center was ranked in the customer feedback survey in the Top 10% of FBOs in the Americas, scoring an average of 4.65 out of 5 across five categories: line service, passenger amenities, pilot amenities, facilities and customer service representatives.

“It’s an exceptional placement that serves as a testament to our team’s dedication to all-round service excellence,” said Dan Capen, president of Stuart Jet Center. “I’m proud of our staff’s unwavering focus on the customer experience, thankful to our customers for their overwhelming support and truly honored to be ranked among the best of the best in the business.”

In addition to its top 10% ranking, Stuart Jet Center was also honored as the top-rated FBO overall for line service and tied for third in customer service representative satisfaction.

“Those two results in particular show what a meaningful impact our employees have on our customer relations and business success,” said Capen. “We couldn’t provide standard-setting line service and customer service in safety and satisfaction without their total commitment. I’m thankful to work with them each and every day.”

Furthermore, Stuart Jet Center was among the most improved FBOs over the past 12 months in the survey—boosting its overall average by 0.09 from the previous year—as well as one of the top three FBOs in the Fort Lauderdale/Palm Beach region.

These distinctions come on the heels of the FBO adding two more major offerings to its full-service lineup: U.S. Customs and Dassault’s new Falcon satellite service center for the region. Furthermore, Stuart Jet Center boasts an accommodating 53-acre facility with more than 20 acres of lighted, secure ramp space; 340,000 square feet of hangar space; and a convenient location, just north of Palm Beach for easy city access to those trying to fly in when the president is in town. Flight operators also enjoy full aircraft services, aircraft charter and maintenance, avionics sales and services, pilot supplies, gourmet catering, concierge services, courtesy cars and shuttles, and the availability of Avfuel Contract Fuel and AVTRIP rewards as an Avfuel-branded FBO.  With such offerings, the operation serves as a proud gateway to Stuart, Florida, supporting the area’s economy.
