Avfuel Bolsters Resources, Offering Useful Presence in Digital Age

ORLANDO, Fla. / October 28, 2016 / GENERAL AVIATION NEWS / Recognizing that today’s consumers are independently searching for information online, Avfuel Corporation took a step to bolster its resources, offering its customers more tools of useful information through a marketing toolbox and aviation industry blog.

The marketing toolbox is available to all Avfuel-branded FBOs through the resources section of their Avfuel FBO Dashboard. The toolbox contains four sections of information with useful tips and tricks for marketing, public relations, social media and branding.

“Our internal marketing department is always available to support our branded FBOs with the marketing solutions they need to attain and retain more business,” said Marci Ammerman, Avfuel’s vice president of marketing. “Part of that support is now providing more informational resources to help these FBOs succeed.”

While this resource is reserved for Avfuel-branded FBOs, the company is also creating a blog that’s open to the public.

“Consumers have a lot of questions,” said Ammerman. “And today, the first line of contact when information gathering has shifted from picking up the phone to hitting the search engine. While we always encourage our customers to give us a call, we wanted to be a useful resource right where they’re looking to make their lives easier.”

The blog will cover an array of topics from fueling to trip planning and so much more—nothing related to business aviation is off limits, creating a resource that’s useful to every customer segment.

“We’re fortunate to have the very best in-house experts across a complete line of aviation solutions,” said Ammerman. “One of the most important things we can do for our customers is to share that information—it does no good keeping it to ourselves. The blog gives our experts a newfound voice to reach our customers.”
