AVFUEL CORPORATION PUTS FOCUS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NEW ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAM FOR NETWORK FBOS

GENEVA, SWITZERLAND / May 22, 2017 / GENERAL AVIATION NEWS – Avfuel Corporation focused on fuel and so much more in the first months of 2017—notably, the fuel supplier put an emphasis on training for its FBO network, releasing its new online Avfuel Customer Service Training (ACST) program, available to all of its 650+ Avfuel-branded FBOs.

Avfuel Network FBOs now have access to an invaluable resource to boost their level of service to a world-class level. Designed to address issues specific to aviation-related businesses, the ACST offers content that can be applied directly and immediately to FBO operations. Through the program, staff members learn about fostering a culture of care, some key service essentials, and how to truly amaze and wow their customers.

The ACST is available to Avfuel-branded FBOs as part of the company’s overall online Avfuel Training System, which includes robust programs for fuel handling (18 modules) and front counter training as well.

“The ACST is a cost-effective, easy-to-use system ideal for both new and recurrent training needs,” said Buffey Muth, Avfuel’s marketing manager. “When it comes down to it, fuel is fuel. What customers remember most—and what keeps them coming back—is the experience they receive from an FBO, driven by the operation’s level of service. This program is meant to help foster customer retention, ultimately benefiting the FBO, and the pilots and passengers seeking its services.”

The courses are user friendly—utilizing videos, downloadable course materials and online quizzes—requiring little to no management on the part of the FBO. Staff members can independently take the courses as time permits.
